OneCard gives patrons of our small rural libraries access to an even greater choice and availability of titles.

Join the OneCard System
  Chelsea Library patrons in good standing may opt to participate in OneCard and must have been a member of the Chelsea Public Library for at least six months. Contact the librarian today to see about amending your account to OneCard status. 

How To Use OneCard?
*Bring your Chelsea Library card with you to a participating library.
*Libraries have different lending policies, be sure to familiarize yourself with theirs. 
*Return materials to the library where you borrowed them.
*Fees must be paid to the library where they were incurred.
